Return/Refund Policy

If unsatisfied with the AspKom products or Products Sold on AspKom (www.aspkom.in), you may opt for Product Replacements, Return or Refund within 7 Days of receiving the Order. Any product kept in original packing form, product tags, invoices and condition in which got delivered will be entitled to be exchanged or returned if the customer is unsatisfied with the product received. The Reason of the Return must be clearly mentioned and must fall under following criteria:

  • Manufacturing Defects
  • Damages during the Shipping or Delivery
  • Unsatisfied with the Quality of Product
  • Any Misrepresentation (Received Product is not having exact specifications as mentioned or displayed on the website)
  • Variation on Product received vs. Product Ordered, in terms of Size, Color, Model or Specifications

All Return / Refund or Repair Requests must be intimated to us within 3 Days via Call/Email or WhatsApp. Pickup and Shipping for any Replacements and Returns will be Managed and Handled by AspKom (In Terms of Costs Involved and Managing Returns/Replacements for the Product)

All Return / Replacement Requests will be processed within 7 Days of receiving the Complaint / Request, with the Proper Reason. In case of Replacement(s), AspKom will bear the expenses incurred in arranging the Return of the Product.
