- You Agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
- All prices displayed on www.aspkom.in (Official Website) are subject to change without notice. Prices prevailing at commencement of placing the order will apply. Posted prices do includes all taxes and charges. In case there are any additional charges or taxes the same will be mentioned on the website.
- All payments must be received by us prior to shipping unless the order is placed by using Cash on delivery (COD) payment mode. We Accept Payment by Debit Card / Credit Card / Mobile Wallets / Net-Banking and UPI
- AspKom will arrange for Delivery / Shipment of the products ordered by the Customer.
Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in the shipments. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to you upon the products delivery to you. In case reverse shipment cannot be arranged by us due to unavailability of our logistics partners, then in that case you may be requested to send such products through any available courier services - Risks Covered: AspKom will be liable for the loss of – or damage to – any product occurred during transit. AspKom may – or may not – request the customer to return the product, wherein the Return Shipment Cost will be taken care of by AspKom itself. In case of damage to the product, the customer will get a replacement and not the refunds.
These terms and conditions will be construed only in accordance with the laws of India. In respect of all matters/disputes arising out of, in connection with or in relation to these terms and conditions or any other conditions on this website, only the competent Courts at Mathura (Uttar Pradesh) shall have jurisdiction, to the exclusion of all other courts.
